Thank you [smiles and fusses a bit with his ponytail] I think that I notice other peoples’ hair because I have mine so long. You’d be cute with short hair, but I personally like your long hair.

 -Laughs nervously- I-I’ll keep it as it is, then. I wouldn’t feel myself after cutting it anyway… I guess I’m just used to having long hair since I was small, hehehe.

I’ve had long hair for a really long time too. It makes me feel… pretty I guess. Even though I know I should shoot for handsome. It kind of becomes a safety blanket, right? [smiles softly]

I’ve been good, bored mostly around here. [sighs] Have you been able to contact your brother recently?

No… -slighty sad expression on his face- it’s been almost a month…

 I… just want to help him as much as I can, and not bothering him seems like the only way I can be of use at the moment. I wish he would let me help him more, not in a way to hurt anyone, though -he looks away, a little ashamed, remembering those days during the KC Grand Prix- but, in a way… just like Mokuba helps his own brother, I would love to have something like that with him.
-Starts to laugh awkwardly- But well, there’s really no need to keep pondering about that ^^; my brother and I made a promise before he left, and I believe he will fullfill it! besides… I’m a lot happier now that I can talk to someone -he pauses briefly, flustered- t-thank you for worrying about me…-blushes-

 [Scratches her cheek] W-well… it’s only natural to worry about a boy who reads fairy tales all day. You seem like a princess waiting for your knight to return. [smiles happily to herself] However, if you ever need someone to talk to, I’ll be more than happy to be a person to keep you company!

 A p-princess? -he stutters, imagining himself wearing a fancy dress and crown- n-no way! -shakes his head in embarrassment- I prefer to be the prince, even though I might not do a convincing prince at the moment -scratches the back of his head while smiling- b-but thank you once again ^^ I’d really love that~!

 [chuckled at his obvious embarrassment] You might not pass as a perfect prince, but i bet you anything you would fit the description as a princess any day. No offence but I think I would be a very fitting knight. [laughs at the thought of her being a prince in shining armor that she used to admire and him being the damsel in distress that she would blandly make fun of in her earlier childhood] Which story’s prince do you think would fit me best? I think Bell from Beauty and the Beast matches you best since you read so much~!

Bell? -blinks, a little confused- oh, you mean the Disney movie version -laughs- I guess you’re right, since we both share a passion for books -smiles timidly- though being referred as a princess might be something hard to get used to ^^;
But if we’re talking about Disney movies, then -pauses, thinking for a moment- I think you remind me of Flynn Rider, although he’s more of a thief than a prince -laughs hesitantly-

 N-no! that’s not what I m-meant! what I was t-trying to say was… umm… -thinks for a moment- that you are courageous…. ambitious… someone who’s not afraid to stand up for people you care about, and that tries her best to protect them or help them in any way, just like him. Those qualities that you possess… are ones that I really admire about you -smiles, blushing slightly-

[scratches her cheek] I guess I can see your point, and I think anyone would admire such good qualities that I posses! [Smiles proudly before a thought crosses her mind making her blush a little ] D-does that mean Yugi is my Rapunzel?! He must be a really lucky princess then, to have such a prince caring for him like that -smile fades a little-

 Aw, come one your prince will come back, as in prince I do mean your brother! [She smiled a little at her thoughts] You know he cares for you but is distant from you because of his own reasoning~just like the beast! [she laughed lightly before becoming a little sad] Your brother is lucky to have you as a princess… at least you try to understand his feelings. [she sighed to herself]

 

-Looks at her, worried. He raises up his hand hesitantly to pat her shoulder, but  drops it before touching her, choosing not to try- …I guess we’re all have someone to wait for. But even though things won’t come out the way we want to, at least we’ll have each other, right? -smiles warmly- I know we didn’t get to know each other when we first met, but these few days that we’ve been talking…. I feel like you’ve become a really important friend to me -blushes slightly-
